Rooted by Integrity and Love

$2,800.00
Only 1 available

Original oil painting on canvas by Katie Wall Podracky. 36 × 48 × 1.5 inches.

This painting was inspired by the sentinel trees of the salt marsh and that timeless feeling we get when we gaze across the water and feel held by the Earth. Wisdom and discernment come with time, much like the slow growing Live Oaks that keep watch over our southern shores. In difficult times, I remind myself to stay rooted in my integrity and surround myself with people that I love. Sometimes that’s a good first step, and sometimes it’s the only step we need.

Signed by the artist, wired and ready to hang. This piece was painted with sensuous contemporary brushwork, painterly texture and saturated colors.

From The Saltwater and Sentinels Collection by Katie Wall Podracky.

Your Questions, Answered

  • Yes! I ship art domestically. Paintings are packed securely and shipping insurance is always included. Smaller paintings ship within two weeks.

Paintings larger than 30 × 40 inches can be transported domestically with a private service, or they can be removed from the stretcher, rolled and shipped to a frame shop that can re-stretch the art. Alternatively, paintings may be picked up at my studio by arranging a time with me after purchase.

International inquiries are welcome and I can offer specific shipping quotes based on your location if you reach out.

  • I can offer framing on certain pieces. On oil paintings up to 30 × 40 inches, I offer simple float frames in gold, silver, white, black or natural wood.

If you’re interested in a frame, let me know after your purchase and I can help you with options and pricing.

  • Color is my favorite thing too. Color tends to vary on computer screens and is represented as accurately as possible.

  • Art is not sold “upon approval.” This means that the artist cannot accept a return if it doesn’t match or if you change your mind. All sales are final.

On the extremely rare occasion that a painting is damaged during shipping, please contact the artist for help.

  • Original paintings are hand signed by the artist.

Prints are open edition with a digital signature unless otherwise noted.

  • The artist retains reproduction rights and copyright of all works of art unless she has expressly given her written and signed consent otherwise.
